My $15 Party Favors for a 4-Year Old Party

Thank you brain for functioning well enough to think of this and to Target for their prices..... I planned on going there to spend a bunch on trinkets and bags, etc.... There are 10 boys going to his party and I assumed about $25 will cover toys, candy and bags. I spent $15 and did this:

I bought 2 packages of Spiderman paper cups at $1.52 each, a 24 pack Spiderman stickers at $1.99, 2 pkgs. Tootsie rolls on sale at $2 a bag, 1 18ct box of mini fruit roll ups at $2.09, 2 pkgs. of finger skate boards at $2/pkg in the party section and I had cellophane bags at home. Otherwise they are at Target for about $2.10 for a 20 pack. 

We filled each cup with 8 assorted Tootsie Rolls, 1 skate board, 1 fruit roll up, 1 sticker and put in a cellophane bag and tied it.  Made 11 (just in case) and had plenty left over for my son to keep and play with!
